Bell Pepper Casserole
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14.5 can) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup water
1/2 salt
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
 
Brown beef, drain.  Transfer to a 2 qt. casserole.  Add the next
8 ingredients.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
Rice may be partially cooked before adding if you wish.  Uncover
and sprinkle with cheese on top.  Return to oven and bake until
cheese is melted.  Yield:  4-6 servings.
