Oriental Beef Rice Casserole 1 pound ground beef 3 cups cooked rice 1 8-1/2 ounce can peas, drained 1 5 ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 onion, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried chopped onions 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 teaspoon dried minced garlic 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice Brown ground beef and drain. In a 2 quart casserole combine all the ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Printable version: beef-rice01.txt.
