Vanilla Wafer Cake 1 cup butter, softened 2 cups sugar 6 eggs 12-oz box vanilla wafers, crushed 1/2 cup milk 7-oz package flaked coconut 1 cup pecans, chopped Cream butter and sugar in bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk, mixing well. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 275 degrees F. for 2 hours or until cake tests done. Yields 7 servings Printable version: vanilla-wafer.txt.
