Sour Cream Pound Cake 1 cup butter, softened 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 3 cups flour 1/4 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. each vanilla, lemon and almond extract Cream butter and sugar until smooth; add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add dry ingredients and sour cream, alternating each starting and ending 1/2 with flour. Stir in flavorings. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan.
