Pea Pickin' Cake
 
1 yellow butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 medium sized can crushed pineapple
2 small or 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
 
Bake yellow butter cake mix according to directions on box also
adding mandarin oranges to the batter. Bake according to directions.

Empty Cool Whip into large bowl adding in vanilla instant
pudding and crushed pineapple. Mix well.  After cooling cake add
icing to the top. Top with nuts or cherries and refrigerate overnight.
