Orange Coffee Ring 3/4 cup sugar 1 TBSP grated orange rind 2 cans refrigerated biscuits 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine 3 oz pkg cream cheese 3/4 cup sifted confectioner's sugar 1 TSBP orange juice 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup flaked coconut Heat oven to 425 F. Combine sugar and grated orange rind. Remove biscuits from can and dip each biscuit in melted butter and then in the sugar mixture. Arrange in an overlapping circle in a greased 9" round cake pan. bake 15-20 minutes until brown. Cream together cheese, confectioner's sugar, orange juice and vanilla. While coffee ring is still warm, spread frosting over top and sprinkle with coconut. Serve warm. Serves 8. Printable version: orange-coffee.txt.
