Mikado

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
500g butter
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa

Beat 4 eggs with 1 cup sugar, add 100g butter, 1 cup sour cream,
1 teaspoon baking soda and beat. Add enough flour so that it becomes
a soft dough. Divide the dough into 16 parts. Open each part with
roller into a large, flat rectangle (or circle, whichever you
prefer). Cook each flat layer in oven over medium heat.

When the layers have cooled off, stack them on top of each other
(not all of them in one stack, of course) spreading cream between
each layer.

The Cream:

Add 400g of butter and 1 tablespoon of cocoa to 2 cans of sweetened
condensed milk (previously cooked for 2 hours). Mix well and let
cool off before administering.
