Hot Milk Cake
 
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup hot milk
1 Tbsp butter
  
Beat eggs and vanilla until thick, gradually add sugar.  Sift
together flour, baking powder and salt. Add this gradually to the
other mixture.  Add the hot milk, and butter.

Bake 375 about 25 min.  (8x8  or 9x9 pan) Double this recipe for
9x12 pan.
