Guava Sauce Cake Yield: 9 x 13 inch pan 2 blocks butter 2 cup sugar 4 eggs 2 cup cake flour 1 tsp nutmeg 1 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1 cup guava pulp (fresh or cooked) 1/2 cup guava juice (canned or fresh) Cream butter and sugar well. Add in 1 egg at a time, beating well after each. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine guava pulp and juice. Add guava mixture and dry ingredients alternately to the above mixture of butter and sugar, beginning and ending with flour. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
