FRUIT CAKE 3 cups Bisquick 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 28 oz jar mincemeat 2 cups pecans 2 lbs mixed fruit 1/2 lb red cherries Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees until done (possibly 1 1/2 hours). Try baking in a bundt pan.
