Frangipani 7 oz almond paste 7 oz granulated sugar 7 oz unsalted butter, softened 3 medium eggs at room temperature 1/2 cup cake flour, sifted pinch salt Mixing at slow speed, blend the almond paste, sugar and salt with an electric mixer. Gradually add butter until well mixed. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in flour by hand just until blended in. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out clean. Printable version: frangipan.txt.
