Cranberry Pie Cake 2 cups cranberries, chopped 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 eggs 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled 1/4 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract Spread cranberries and walnuts evenly in the bottom of a greased 10" pie pan and sprinkle with sugar. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, butter and flavouring. Mix well and put on top of the cranberry/walnut mixture. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree F oven. Printable version: cranberry-pie.txt.
