Coconut Bundt Cake
 
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
5 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 cup flaked coconut
  
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt
pan.
 
Cream butter, and sugar together until light, in a large bowl.
Add eggs to the cream mixture one egg at a time and beat well.
Add coconut flavoring .  Alternate adding flour and milk, make sure
to mix well after each.  Fold in coconut and pour into bundt pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean when inserted, about 1 hour.
