Chestnut-Hazelnut Cake 3 eggs 150 grams powdered sugar 15 grams vanilla sugar 220 grams chestnut puree 100 grams melted butter 150 grams ground hazelnuts Mix together eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add chestnut puree, butter and hazelnuts to the egg mixture. Pour into a cake form, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes.
