Blueberry Coffee Cake 1/2 cup butter, softened 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed, but patted dry Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Topping 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 3 tablespoons butter Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and flour.
