APPLE DABBLE CAKE

1 1/2 cups oil   
3 eggs   
2 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour  
1 tsp. salt   
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups diced apples   
2 tsp. vanilla   
1 cup chopped pecans or nuts of choice

Mix together oil, eggs and sugar.  Add flour, salt and baking soda.
Fold in apples, vanila and nuts.

Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to
1 1/2 hours till done.  Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
