Bread Pudding 2 cups milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla cinnamon to taste 6 to 8 slices broke-up bread Bake 350F for 25 min or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Maple Sauce Combine: 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoons cornstarch In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Add 1/2 cup pure maple syrup and cornstarch mixture, cook and stir until slightly thickened. Serve over bread pudding. Makes 3/4 cup. Printable version: maple-sauce01.txt.
