Lemon Bread Pudding 16 oz maple flavored yougart 6 oz heavy (40%) whipping cream 4 eggs 8 0z icing sugar 2 Tbls lemon extract 12 oz heavy, white bread from The local European bakery, cubed and de-crusted Mix all the liquid and semi liquid ingredients. Mix with bread, let set for 4 hours. Bake until done at 225 degrees. Serve, dusted with sugar. Printable version: lemon02.txt.
