Bread Pudding (easy)

8 slices bread (cubes)
1 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp butter
1 cup raisins (optional)

Place bread in a casserole dish.  Mix together the rest of the
ingredients.  Add  raisins.  Pour over bread and stir until coated.
Bake at 350 F 45-60 min.  Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or
syrup.
