LOW CHOLESTEROL OAT-BRAN MUFFINS 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk 2 Tbsp oil 2 egg whites 2 mashed bananas 2 1/2 cup oat bran 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup brown sugar Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients and mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12. Printable version: oat-bran02.txt.
