ZUNI BREAD
  
1-pound loaf

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 1/2 ounces warm water


1 1/2-pound loaf

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order your machine
requires. This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid bake
cycles.
