Vegetable Bread 3/4 cup water reserved from steamed asparagus (or other vegetable), cooled 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon dried vegetable flakes 2 1/4 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast Add all ingredients in order listed above. Be careful to avoid letting yeast get wet if you are using a timer for overnight baking. Printable version: vegetable.txt.
