Triticale Bread   Machine Made

2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 	(1 1/2 tsp)
2 1/2 c bread flour 		(1 2/3 cups)
1/3 c soy flour 		(1/4 cup)
1 c triticale flour 		(2/3 cup)
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar		(1 T)
1 tsp salt 			(3/4 tsp)
3/4 tsp fennel seed 		(1/2 tsp)
1 1/2 tsp barley malt syrup 	(1 tsp)
3/4 Tbsp wonderslim 		(1 T)
1 1/4 c water 			(3/4 cup + 2 T)
1 1/2 vegetable oil 		(1 T)

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual
and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's
directions.
