Three Cheese Twist

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Measure milk, water, egg, oil, salt, flour and yeast into the bread
pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Process on the
dough cycle.

When cycle is complete, remove dough to a floured surface. Roll
dough into an 18x12-inch rectangle. Evenly sprinkle cheese to
within 1/2 inch of edges. Beginning at long end, roll up tightly,
pinch the seam to seal. Place seam side down, on a greasted baking
sheet. With a sharp knife, cut lengthwise down the center of the
roll about 1 inch deep. Keeping the cut side on top, fold in half
lengthwise to form a U shape. Cross one side over the other,
curving the open ends to form a figure 8. Pinch the ends to join.
Cover, let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350F. After the dough has risen, bake 25 to 30
minutes or until done. Remove from pan, let cool.
