ABM Stuffing Bread
 
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cup bread flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp dry sage
1/3 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp sugar, brown or white
1/3 cup diced onion
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup water
 
Use to make stuffing.

Cycle: White or Sweet, no timer, Crust setting light to medium Can
be dried or not before crumbing for stuffing.
