Hot Chile Bread

1 c red bell peppers, coarsely chopped, sauteed in oil
1 tb chopped garlic
1 tb chopped canned chiles
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c cheddar cheese, fresh grated
1 extra-large egg
1 tb regular honey or chili honey
1/4 c pepper-flavored vodka 
2 ts salt
10 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 ts ground coriander
1 c cornmeal
2 c unbleached white flour
1 tb yeast

Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for White Bread.
