Spiced Pumpkin Bread 1 ts yeast 2 1/2 c bread flour 2 tb brown sugar 1/2 tb salt 1 tb pumpkin pie spice 1 c pumpkin 3 tb oil 2 eggs 1/4 c water Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot, humid weather, reduce water by 1/8 c.
