White Bread

1 1/2 c warm water 
1/4 c full-fat soy flour 
2 1/4 t dry yeast (1 pkg)
3/8 c skim-milk powder 
1 T sugar or honey 
2 t salt 
3 1/2 c flour
1 T salad oil

In the bread machine, bury the yeast in the flour.  Mix the other 
dry ingreds together and add them.  Mix the oil with the water and
pour on top.  Hit the "start" button.  If necessary, open the bread 
machine and use a spatula to make sure all dry ingreds are moistened
and incorporated into the dough.
