SOURDOUGH SESAME BREAD

1 1/2 LB. LOAF

1 1/2 ts active dry yeast
1/2 c sesame seeds
1 c whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 c bread flour
1 t salt
1 egg
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb honey
5 oz warm water
1/2 c sourdough starter

3/4 c whole-wheat flour
1 c bread flour
1/2 ts salt
1 egg
4 ts lemon juice
4 ts honey
3 1/2 oz warm water
1/4 c sourdough starter
