Sauerkraut Rye Bread

1/4 cup plus 1 tbl water
2 tablespoons molasses  
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sauerkraut, well-drained and chopped
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup rye flour
2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

In bread machine, place all ingredients in order suggested by
manufacturer.  Select basic bread setting and light bread color.
Bake according to machine directions, checking dough after 5 minutes.
Add flour or water if needed.
