Rosemary Garlic Bread

1 pkg active dry yeast
1 c whole-wheat flour
2 c flour  
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper 
2 Tbsp oil
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/4 c warm water
