ABM Rice Bread

cooked rice       1/2 cup          2/3 cup           1 cup
water             1/2 cup          2/3 cup           1 cup
butter/margarine  2 tsp.           1 Tbsp            1 1/3 Tbsp
salt              1/4 tsp.         1/3 tsp.          1/2 tsp.
sugar             1/4 tsp.         1/3 tsp.          1/2 tsp.
bread flour       1 tsp.           1 1/2 tsp.        2 1/2 tsp.
yeast             1 tsp.           1 1/2 tsp.        2 1/2 tsp.
 
Any type of rice may be used for different flavors of bread, such
as brown, wild, basmati, white, etc.  Rice doubles in volume when
cooked.  Put ingredients in bread machine as suggested by manufacturer.
Bake as per directed for size of loaf selected.
