Pumpkin Seed Bread 1 1/2 Pound loaf 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 3 1/4 cups bread flour 1/2 cup unsalted raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower nuts 1 teaspoon yeast 2 Pound loaf 1 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 4 1/2 cups bread flour 3/4 cup unsalted raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower nuts 1 teaspoon yeast Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack. Note: Yeast amount is correct through proportionately less than that called for in the 1 1/2 pound recipe. Printable version: pumpkin-seed.txt.
