Buttered Popcorn Bread 1 pkg yeast 1/4 ts ginger 1/4 ts sugar 2 1/2 c bread flour 2 ts gluten 1 tablespoon butter buds 1 tablespoon salt 5 c popped popcorn, crushed in a food processor until reduced to 2 1/2 cups 1 tablespoon oil 1 1/2 c warm water
