Pizza roll up

1 1/2 tsp yeast 
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp.water
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons milk

Use the bread machine to make the dough, then roll it out to about
a 16 x 12 rectangle.  Top it with cheese, sausage, sauce etc.  Roll
up jelly roll fashion.  Place in pan and prick with fork.  Bake
for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
