PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA BREAD
Makes a 2 pound loaf
									 
1 3/4 pkg yeast
4 1/2 cups better for bread flour
7/8 cup wheat flour
3 2/3 tb brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon gluten
1 3/4 ts salt
6 oz banana, sliced directly into the pan
1 1/3 cups peanut butter, creamy or chunky
1 egg
1 3/4 cups warm water

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white
bread and push "Start."
