Oat Bran Bread-ABM

1 tsp         active dry yeast        1 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 tbsp    dry milk                2 tbsp
2 1/2 tbsp    sugar                   4 tbsp
1/4 c         oat bran                1/2 c
3/4 c         oat flour               1 c
1 tsp         salt                    1 1/2 tsp
1 c           bread flour             1 1/2 c
1 tbsp        butter                  1 1/2 tbsp
3/4 c         warm water              9 oz

For Panasonic machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
