Nutmeg Bread 1 cup water 1 large egg 1 1/2 tablespoons fruit juice concentrate 2 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg 1 1/2 tablespoons gluten, optional 3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast Cinnamon may be substituted for the nutmeg, if desired.
