Minted Pea Bread 1 1/2 c peas, fresh or frozen 2 ts yeast 3 c bread flour 3 tb wheat bran 1 1/2 tb sugar 1/2 tb salt 1/4 ts black pepper 1/3 c fresh mint leaves, chopped or 1 tb dried 7/8 c water Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into pan, in order. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather use 1/8 c less water. Printable version: minted-pea.txt.
