Maple Oatmeal Bread

1 package yeast
1 cup quick-cooking oats
3 cups bread flour (can use regular)
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/4 cups very warm water, plus 1 tablespoon very warm water

Place in bread machine according to mfrs recommendation.

Can make into rolls also.  I usually butter the tops after taking
out of the oven.
