Austrian Malt Bread 2/3 cup water 1 1/4 tbs. margarine 1 tbs. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 cups bread flour 2 tbs. malted milk powder 1 1/2 tsp. yeast Makes a 1 lb loaf. Use with regular or rapid cycle. Use Carnation brand Malted Milk Powder (found with other dry milk products, like Ovaltine). Printable version: malt01.txt.
