Lemon Pear Pecan Bread 1 1/2 Lb Loaf 1 lb loaf 1 cup pureed pears, peaches or apricots 3/4 cup 2 tablespons water 1 tablespoon 1 1/2 teaspoons butter 1/2 tablespoon 1 teaspoons salt 3/4 teaspoon 3 cups bread flour 2 cups 1/2 cup pecans or hazenuts, coarsely chopped 1/3 cup 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons lemon zest 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 1/2 teaspoons Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding pears with water and pecans with flour.
