Kulich

1/2 cup milk 
1/3 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons butter, cut up
1 large egg
1 tsp salt 
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup chopped candied fruits and peels, drained
1/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds, toasted
2 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp.finely shredded orange peel
1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
2 tsp yeast

1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tb butter, cut up

3/4 tsp salt
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup chopped candied fruits and peels, drained
1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds, toasted
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested my
manufacturer, adding fruits, almonds and peels with flour. After
cooling, drizzle with glaze.

Almond icing:  Stir together 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon
almond extract, and enough milk to make a drizzling icing.
