Honey Rye Bread 1 1/4 cup water 2 cups bread flour 1 cup rye flour 1 tablespoon gluten flour 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 4 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 1/2 tablespoons cocao (optional) 2 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast; 2 tspn if quick rize Add ingredients according to machines instructions. Set machine to white or normal for 1 1/2 pound loaf. Adding cocao makes a nice dark, sweeter tasting bread, but this one is good without it too. Printable version: honey-rye01.txt.
