Honey Cornmeal Bread
  
1/2 cup plus 1 Tb buttermilk, room temperature
1/3 cup hot water
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
2 cups white flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp bread machine yeast


Large Loaf (1 1/2 lb)

3/4 cup buttermilk, room temperature      200 mL
1/2 cup water                             125 mL
3 tbsp honey                              45 mL
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted        15 mL
3 cups white flour                        750 mL
1/2 cup cornmeal                          125 mL
1 1/2 tsp salt                            7 mL
1 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast             8 mL    

ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Select White Cycle.
