GRAPEFRUIT COTTAGE BREAD 1 package yeast 3 cups bread flower 1/4 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon freshly grated grapefruit peel 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 egg whites l tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice, heated Add all ingredients in order listed. Set darkness at 11 o'clock. Select white bread.
