Gingerbread 1 1/4 cups milk 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 6 tablespoons brown sugar 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 2 2/3 cups bread flour 3/4 cup rye flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Scald the milk. Stir in the butter and brown sugar. Let cool to room temp. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients in the order suggested by the manual. Bake on basic bread setting.
