Eggnog Bread 2 eggs 1 cup dairy eggnog 2 teaspoon rum extract 2 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar 1/2 melted margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Grease bottom only of a 9x5 loaf pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, oleo, rum and vanilla extract. Blend well and add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir just until moist. Pour into pan, Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when tested. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. For smaller loaves use 5-3/4 x 3-1/4-inch pan and bake 35 - 40 minutes. Printable version: eggnog04.txt.
