Corn-Chilies-Cheese Bread
1 lb loaf 1 1/2 lb loaf
yeast 1/2 T 1 pkg
bread flour 2 c 3 c
yellow cornmeal 1/2 c 3/4 c
salt 1/3 t 1/2 t
sugar 1 1/3 t 2 t
egg 1 whole 1 whole
butter 2 t 1 T
whole-kernel corn, drained 1/3 c 1/2 c
canned chopped green chilies 2 t 1 T
sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1/3 c 1/2 c
water 3/4 c 1 1/4
Warm refrigerated ingrediants to room temperature. Do not use
delayed timer. Use light crust setting. Serve warm.
