Nutty Coconut Bread 1 1/8 cups water 3 cups white bread flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp canned cream of coconut 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup walnuts 2 tsp fast rise or machine yeast or 3 tsp active dry yeast For best flavor, use pure canned coconut milk instead of the water-added variety.
